At Positive and Pretty, our mission is to spread smiles and positive thoughts to every corner of the UK. Our positive affirmations encourage you to thrive, no matter what life throws at you.

Why Positivity?

Many sweatshirts on the web have low key negative slogans on them, such as 'Always Tired', 'but first... coffee' and 'let me overthink this'.

Whilst these slogans can be funny and sometimes a little true, they can also reinforce negative thoughts and feelings. Research [1] has shown that the more we repeat particular thoughts to ourselves, such as 'always tired' or that we need coffee to get through the day, the more we start to believe those thoughts.

So, why don't we use this to our advantage and repeat positive thoughts instead? Lets spread the love 💕
